Low Impact Leg Day: TRX Plie Squats

 

Your leg muscles are the largest set of muscles in your body. That means that working to strengthen your legs can help boost your metabolism, so don’t shy away from leg day! Here’s a simple yet effective and low-impact workout to strengthen your legs and ankles too!

For this version, I have some help from my TRX. I love using the TRX to help me balance and this is one of those workouts where it’s a big help for me to stay on my toes.
